pull down cvs for 4.0 beta-4 or HEAD and do an "ant install". get errors because the src directories are missing the following files:
tapestry.services.xml & tapestry.asset.xml
workaround: copy these files from the pre-packaged 4.0-beta-4 src release and rebuild. all clean.
