help with dev@asterixdb.incubator.apache.org emails

Hi dev,

I'd like to configure the AsterixDB Coverity scans to email
dev@asterixdb.incubator.apache.org on new defects, however I need to
somehow get an email like the one below to get delivered to someone so that
the subscription can be confirmed.  I've configured the mlist but not sure
how to get the confirmation email to be able to click the confirmation.
Help!  :-)
