He sent me this on Thursday, but I haven't had time to respond yet.
I'll ask him to join the list.

Hi Roy,

my name is Stipe Tolj, and I am member of the Department of Economical
Computer Science at the University of Cologne in Germany. Since we work
quite a lot with Sun servers and workstation your Apache HTTP Server
Project is no new thing to me.

I have patched your orginal source code distribution of the 1.2.5
release to Win32 platforms (Windows 95 & Windows NT) using Cygnus's C
Development Kit (CDK)

Main effort:
- configuration may be included to the orginal distribution since all
CYGWIN32 related parts of the code are #define'd
- all modules have been integrated, I suppose your official Apache 1.3b3
seems to have not all modules implemented.

To do:
- the server still can only be run in single mode, no fork()s have been
realized until now, to be fixed
- Possibly: Windows GUI enhancement for configuration purposes of the
http.conf, srm.conf, access.conf files

I would like to join your project and become a more or less official
Win32 port supporter. Please have a look on the distribution site at

Thanks in advance,

Stipe Tolj.
