[I] Recognize CSS revert value [netbeans]

### Description
The [CSS revert value](https://caniuse.com/?search=revert) is marked as Baseline and is widely available across major browsers.
Currently, when used, it triggers the hint: 'Unexpected characters(s) "revert" found'
This specific hint type can't be filtered out.
