I found a set/get in MXNet for MXNET_CPU_WORKER_NTHREADS:
So if we're running multiple programs using MXNet on the same machine, its possible that one will be setting MXNET_CPU_WORKER_NTHREADS when the other is getting MXNET_CPU_WORKER_NTHREADS and since they both use the same libc, we're going to hit this issue.
