activemq 5.1.0 final release question

Hey,

I saw that the website says "This release is in progress. Once the
release is completed the distributions will be available in the
locations below...".

However the download gives me an RC2 tarball.  I'm just wondering is
the release that is in progress going to be for the final 5.1.0 or for
the RC2?
