Compiling apr under cygwin
I need to build apr on M$ w2K, tried couple of versions without any
luck. If I build apr with M$VC/nmake I cannot link it with other parts
of application (subversion is that one which is using apr).
So which shared memory to use in cygwin environment? On linux and
Solaris everything is OK as usual.
Here is error I get every time on cygwin:

For now, don't use cygwin. APR will compile just fine on win32.
The diff and patch tools are available at
ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/mingw32/porters/Mikey/
It would be nice if we could put the diff and patch package
as zip files on the subversion page.
