   I am a little apprehensive about this functionality.  It solves a very real issue on our dependence on artifacts that are not necessarily long lived and precludes builds from working but comes with the caveat of losing functionality unless explicitly enabling it.  
   
   May have to perform a more detailed search to find an archive with versions that are more long lived.
