Improvements to Axis2/C API docs

Hi all,

I guess it is high time that we take a good look at the api documentation,
and make sure that it bares correct information and also whether
everything is documented. I have started a wiki in order to assist the
process, at [1]. Please be kind enough to add your contributions, as
improving the api docs will also improve the overall documentation of the
project as a whole. The objective of this process is to make it possible
to upload api documentation to the Axis2/C website someday in the near
future.
