The GitHub Actions job {{test-selenium-with-spark-module-for-spark-3-4}} is failing due to a Selenium-related error. The failure is caused by ChromeDriver not supporting the {{Runtime.evaluate}} DevTools command used internally by Selenium when executing JavaScript.
