[VOTE] Release Sandesha2 1.4 and Axis2 1.5.4
All,
Here is the vote for the Sandesha2 release. Since the release
candidate depends on a fix in Axis2, I also had to prepare a new
maintenance release from the 1.5 branch. Since the releases only make
sense when published together, I propose to have a combined vote.

sources, you need to build Axis2 1.5.4 first.

On a side note, we should do a rampart release around these versions. We are
fixing Rampart issues right now!

The vote has been open for more than 72 hours and we have the required
3 binding +1 votes, without any 0 or -1 votes. I will start by
promoting the Maven artifacts so that Synapse can continue with their
release. I'll do the rest (deploying the distributions and the site)
later.

I have tested both these versions with the Synapse-2.0.0 proposed release
and the functionality seems to be working fine.
How ever on the Synapse startup I see the following log statement;
2010-12-22 11:13:18,740 [-] [main] ERROR SandeshaModule Could not load
module policies. Using default values.
This could be due to some configuration issue, in which case how can I fix
it?
OTOH, this is not really an ERROR rather it is a WARNING as it doesn't
affect the functionality of the Sandesha2. Well this is minor and shouldn't
block the release if there is a way to get rid of the ERROR message.
