Answering my own question re: JUnit and Axis problems.

 

After considerable digging I located this almost by chance.  Various web
searches, scans through tables of contents, etc, didn't turn this up.

 

Anyway, for anyone who is having the trouble I had (JUnit 3.8.1 and Axis
don't like to work together), here's some helpful information.
