[I] VisualMap outOfRange coloring [echarts]

   Have a look point which has 100 value.
   
   ### Current Behavior
   
   I have dark color for outOfRange points but point is still blue when it is bigger than max of visual map.
   
   ### Expected Behavior
   
   Points should be color with outOfRange color when they are out of range.
   
   ### Environment
