   This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage (HUDI-8509).
   
   **Findings: still open. The linked PR is merged, but it is not the fix.**
   
   The PR(s) linked to this issue are merged, but each carries a **different JIRA key** from this ticket - they are the change this ticket was filed to follow up on:
   
   - #12206 - `[HUDI-8210] Support writing table version 6 log format from 1.x` (HUDI-8210), merged 2024-11-17
   
   That distinction is worth stating explicitly, because a merged linked PR reads like a resolution. Across this whole batch of 134 issues, 43 linked PRs were checked and **not one merged PR carries its own issue's JIRA key** - so none of these tickets can be closed on that basis.
   
   Keeping this open.
