   In the task [#2628,](https://github.com/apache/incubator-kyuubi/issues/2628) we need to implement batch operation command:
   kyuubi-ctl [list|create|get|logs|delete|submit] batch [options]
   
   However, in the current kyuubi-ctl, all kinds of command implementations are stuck together. As we adding more and more command implementations, the readability will get worse.
   
   So I have done some refactoring as the preparation for task#2628.
