I've had trouble getting to subversion.tigris.org the past few days, so
I have mirrored the win32 exe for 1.1.4 at:
http://www.xninja.net/files/svn-1.1.4-setup.exe
I hope this doesn't kill my server :)

The svn-1.1.1-setup-2.exe distro was downloaded more than 45.000 times. I
have not checked the last ones (stats.tigris.org).
