SARE masscheck results: 372 spam hits (zero ham) against corpora of 417,914
emails, 205,687 spam, = 0.09% of all email and 0.18% of all spam, and the spam
hits seem to be dropping (Bob Menschel's spam hits in mid-June were 1/3 of the
spam hits in mid-May). 

Looks like this is worth keeping in SARE, but not as a distribution rule unless
the spam rate increases. (Suggestions more than welcome.)

Note: SOMA not included in the above list since it hits ham.
