   We can add a config like `hive.server2.logging.operation.enabled` to  allow the operation log to be disabled.
   
   ### Motivation
   
   Make the beeline console clean.
   
   ### Describe the solution
   
   In `OperationManager#getOperationLogRowSet`, we add the `kyuubi.logging.operation.enabled` configuration to determine whether the log needs to be returned
