[jira] [Created] (CMIS-556) Add support for content ranges

Florian Müller created CMIS-556:
-----------------------------------

Summary: Add support for content ranges
                 Key: CMIS-556
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CMIS-556
             Project: Chemistry
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: opencmis-client
    Affects Versions: OpenCMIS 0.7.0
            Reporter: Florian Müller
            Assignee: Florian Müller
            Priority: Minor

The OpenCMIS high-level API can only request the whole content stream of a document. CMIS also supports retrieving an excerpt of a content stream. That is important for huge documents and media files. The getContentStream() methods should support range parameters.
