dynamic subjectNameId in SAML Token (sender Vouches)

hi,

we are using wss4j with cxf.
I am trying to find out a way to control/change the subjectNameId
(name and qualifier) on the per request basis.
As far as I can understand the default class SAMLIssuerImpl can be
replaced with our own implementation (that is where the fixed
references to property file are made).
What I am puzzled about is how to pass the request dependant values
into the SAMLIssuer.
Is it doable without changes to wss4j?
