[jira] [Created] (KARAF-2236) karaf scripts fail when paths contain spaces

Amichai Rothman created KARAF-2236:
--------------------------------------

Summary: karaf scripts fail when paths contain spaces
                 Key: KARAF-2236
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-2236
             Project: Karaf
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 2.3.1
Environment: Kubuntu 12.10 with GNU bash 4.2.37, and Windows XP with msysgit GNU bash 3.1.0
            Reporter: Amichai Rothman
            Priority: Minor

The shell scripts fail when the karaf or java paths contain spaces.

Related, this problem would be easily alleviated if there wasn't so much duplication in the scripts, some of which get updated and others forgotten... why not consolidate the duplication into a single master script?
