[commons-el] new release?

Hi folks,

on your project site the last release is from 2003.
There are some changes in CVS that aren't reflected
by the shipped JAR.

eg. Logger replaced by [commons-logging]
eg. Coercions' methods refactored...
Do you plan to roll out a new release?
That contains these changes?
