Update our Apache Camel github topics

Hi

On github then Apache Camel has the following topic listed (see top of page)
https://github.com/apache/camel

network-server iot camel library cloud xml big-data osgi
network-client integration java

I think we need to update these to be more accurate, for example

- eip
- integration
- java
- library
- microservice
- cloud

It could be that they have taken the topics from the doap file, which
should also be updated
https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/master/doap.rdf



And we should do the same for camel-k and camel-quakrus
And also point to each of these github repositories so users can find them also

We can open an issue to INFRA to change the topic on github.

For doap.rdf we can do by ourselves.
