Rev 589918: 
 o Removed the "trivial" ones where the plan.xml under src/plan is not significantly different from the one under src/main/plan except for some formatting etc.

Rev 589923:
 o Somehow mejb config has only one plan.xml file and it is under src/main/plan.  This plan file deleted accidentally in rev 589918 has been restored in rev 589923.
