[ANNOUNCE] Apache BVal 0.4 released

The Apache BVal Team is pleased to announce the release of:

Apache BVal 0.4

Apache BVal delivers an implementation of the Java Bean Validation
specification 1.0.
This release is the first made by the project since having become an
ASF top-level
project (TLP), and includes such improvements as:

 - compatibility with the latest Bean Validation TCK
 - improved handling of generic types
 - fully secured in privileged environments

Distribution packages can be downloaded from:
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/bval/0.4/

When downloading, please verify signatures using the KEYS file available at:
http://www.apache.org/dist/bval/

The release is also available in the central Maven repository:
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/bval/
