   ### Motivation
   
   The cloud credential API tests covered masked listing, creation, updates, and deletion but never asserted the list filters or pagination defaults. This PR grows the suite from 3 to 6 cases.
   
   ### Changes
   
   - `listCloudCredentials` without arguments defaults to page 1 / page size 20 with undefined vendor and search.
   - Vendor, search, and pagination filters are forwarded verbatim to the endpoint.
   - An empty match page resolves to the backend `CloudCredentialPage` shape with zero total.
   
   ### Verification
   
   - `vitest run src/api/cloudCredential.test.ts`: 6/6 passed
   - `tsc --noEmit`: clean
   - `eslint src/api/cloudCredential.test.ts`: clean
