Proposal to move precommit testing to Bigtop Jenkins?

Our precommit jobs wait, sometimes for hours, before a Jenkins executor is
free. Meanwhile I noticed that the Apache Bigtop Jenkins (
http://bigtop01.cloudera.org:8080/) has tons of executor space.

Would anyone object to moving the pre-commit job of there?
