We need to make sure that "Local" is injected to the stack-version string if the local repo option is chosen.
For example, HDP-1.3.2 (non-local) -> HDPLocal-1.3.2, and so on.
When we do this, we need to not hard code the stack name, as it could be anything other than HDP.
