   Docs are incorrect for `POST /deliveryservices/sslkeys/generate`
   https://traffic-control-cdn.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api/deliveryservices_sslkeys_generate.html
   
   They should include all parameters from https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/blob/22d56e1b1713574883a1358b9d720b594a87cf25/lib/go-tc/deliveryservice_ssl_keys.go#L54-L66
