AMQ lastImageSubscriptionRecoveryPolicy -> JmsInUsingJCABinding

Ok,  I've got an interesting issue.

We've set up a policy in ActiveMQ to use the
lastImageSubscriptionRecoveryPolicy on specifically named topics.  We then
set up JMS Receivers in our servicemix.xml config to pull messages off those
topics.  Lastly, we have Service Engines that have subscriptionSpecs to
those receivers.

I really, really need to extend the LastImage policy all the way to the
subscriptionSpec and not just the JMS receivers which don't pass the "last
image/message" on to new JBI subscribers.  Anyway to do this?  Am I looking
at modifying the BC?
