URL for accessing to an Apache SOAP service

Hi!
Is there an URL which point in the service with the apache SOAP Server ?
I try to generate a client stub with the WSDL2Java of Axis and you must give an URL

ya the admin page is running fine...i deployed many services..but when i tried to call all of them were giving the same error.

  Are you sure that to SOAP servlet is running?  Try http://localhost:8080/soap.  If you do not get the default page, then it ain't runnin'

       When i run any sample code for apache soap iam getting the following errors.

       Error opening socket: Connection refused: no further information

       i guess i have placed all the jars and parsers in the right place , but still iam getting this error

       any help  would be kindly appreciated.
