    Description: 
The existing Documentation UI is built on our legacy tech stack. We should migrate the UI for managing the rules into nifi-frontend so we can centralized the front end build process, reuse and common components and styles, and shared dependencies.

As part of this process we should also migrate existing additionalDetails.html to markdown.
