uploaded a simple patch which introduces USER.REALM property and uses it in kinit if not empty

> In falcon regression we have code that kinit's in order to switch users in secure deployments. We currently do not send realm when we kinit which means default realm is used. This wont work when you have deployments where there are multiple realm's. In that case you need to kinit with realm.
