I'm afraid I missed/forgot about an important detail: Rogue Wave owns the copyright on the Apache C++ Standard Library documentation, while The Apache Software Foundation licenses the documentation from Rogue Wave. Adding ASF copyright notices without retaining (or adding) the Rogue Wave ones would not be appropriate.

That being said, we have already added Apache license statements to all documentation files in the process of resolving STDCXX-559, so I think we can consider this issue resolved. We might want to consider adding the Rogue Wave copyright statement in the future, and perhaps also adding an Apache copyright to new pages created or existing pages substantially changed at Apache.
