EDUCATION PROJECT IN MEXICO - HELP NEEDED

Good morning Apache/OpenOffice people
I am working in a project for Education segment in Mexico and I am interested in knowing If We, as OEM manufacturer, need to run a specific process for installing OPEN OFFICE into the image of our machines for this deal.
Please if not with you, really appreciate if you guide me to correct person/contact.

Our documentation section has user guides that include the
installation process in detail.

Apache OpenOffice has an apache license that allow companies on how to
use and distribute the software.
