Although we have

    default void migrateProperties(PropertyConfiguration config) {
        config.renameProperty(OBSOLETE_PROXY_CONFIGURATION_SERVICE, PROXY_CONFIGURATION_SERVICE.getName());
    }
{code}

in ProxyConfigurationService, this is not being called in the components where we use:

ProxyConfiguration.createProxyConfigPropertyDescriptor(ProxyAwareTransportFactory.PROXY_SPECS)

This needs to be fixed
