Node when joins cluster sends cache configurations. Configuration is wrapped into StoredCacheData, and StoredCacheData into CacheJoinNodeDiscoveryData.CacheInfo.

Both CacheInfo and StoredCacheData have "sql" flag that seems means the same. It should appear only once.
