Nightly builds: Why 0k size?

I'm looking at:
   http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/tomcat/nightly/

and the tomcat-20000315.zip is listed as 0k. Why is that? The final version hasn't been extracted yet for the day but some 
automated process ran and made an empty one?

Just curious...
