native plugins

As opposed to using Cloudify plugins, is there an example of a native
plugin?  Or should new plugins just be written for Cloudify and adapted.
I'm talking user role plugins, not internal like execution.

There is no spec for native plugins yet, but it's something that I'm
working on. More info to come.
