The first step is ci i.e it is now possible to decide wheter a node is visible
if a new document is created.
still TODO:
- add an entry in the overview tab see whether a node is visible in the "public"
navigation or not (note that the node is visilbe in the site area anyway)
- add an new usecase in order to change the visibility of a node
