  - Refreshed the active committers list
  - Restored books to chunked output
  - Added more ways to contribute to the get involved page

On the C++ broker page it may be worth mentioning experimental JMS style
selectors (in 0.22, improved in 0.24, not compatible with the actual
qpid JMS implementation yet though).

  - Repaired the JCA download link
