   IMO, serving `index.yaml` in GitHub page makes sense.
   
   1. This file doesn't need to be visited frequently. 
   2. Even if GitHub turn down, Github Engs will fix it as soon as possible.
   3. SN uses the GitHub page to serve the file and it works well.
