[PR] Remove usage of o.a.felix.utils.json and o.a.commons.io [jackrabbit-filevault]

kwin opened a new pull request, #450:
URL: https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-filevault/pull/450

   Replace the former by leveraging Jackson Core (already leveraged in other places) and the latter by plain Java.
