FYI: submitted patch to jetty project for java.lang.NullPointerException in org.mortbay.util.ThreadedServer.stop(..)

For future reference.. 

I have submitted a patch to the Jetty sourceforge project for the 
following problem:

Encountered the following exception when Jetty embedded in Geronimo, 
attempts to open a port that is in use:

java.lang.NullPointerException
  at org.mortbay.util.ThreadedServer.stop(ThreadedServer.java:544)
  at org.mortbay.http.SocketListener.stop(SocketListener.java:211)
  at 
org.apache.geronimo.jetty.connector.JettyConnector.doFail(JettyConnector.java:90)
