[jira] [Created] (DIRSTUDIO-849) The 'Ldap Servers' view is not present in the matest version (2.0.0)

Emmanuel Lecharny created DIRSTUDIO-849:
-------------------------------------------

Summary: The 'Ldap Servers' view is not present in the matest version (2.0.0)
                 Key: DIRSTUDIO-849
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DIRSTUDIO-849
             Project: Directory Studio
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 2.0.0-M3
            Reporter: Emmanuel Lecharny

With 1.5.3, the LDAP server view was visible beside the Connections Tab, it's not anymore the case in 2.0.0-M3.

I had to select this view in the Windows-> View -> Other -> Ldap Server to add it.

Not very convenient...

Pierre-Arnaud Marcelot commented on DIRSTUDIO-849:

I'm almost 100% sure it's there.

Could you try to reset the LDAP Perspective?

    Resolution: Not A Problem
      Assignee: Pierre-Arnaud Marcelot

Emmanuel confirmed me that he was going back and forth between 1.5.3 and 2.0.0-M3 which cause the LDAP Server view to be removed (since it's not present in 1.5.3).

There's nothing more we can do and hopefully this will not happen to most of our users who will not go back to an older version of Studio.
