New module draft: sis-earth-observation

In relationship with the "org.apache.sis.storage.earthobservation"
package creation proposal [1], I created today a new
"sis-earth-observation" module on the JDK8 branch and put in it a part
of Google Summer of Code work (more to be added later):

Is there any comment about such module? Proposal for other package name
(for example) are also welcome.
