cocoon 2.1.7_dev r.157927

temporary copies of myfaces-20041005m.jar and cocoon-faces-block.jar are created
in CATALINA_TMPDIR on each start of cocoon and left there when cocoon is
stopped. this leads to 823K additional used space by cocoon on each restart if
not cleaned up manually.
