Xuanwo opened a new issue, #2929:

It's a common operation that users perform like the following:
```rust
let r = op.reader("path/to/file").await?;
r.seek(SeekFrom::Start(1024)).await?;
r.read_to_end().await?;
```
In our current implementations, we will need to perform `get_object` first which could add extra cost. It's better to make opendal reader become lazy until the `read` really called.
