Dear committers (myself included ;-)),

please, please don't forget to write ALL
- user related changes
- major bug fixes
- known issue
into the release-notes file.

It's the "only" way a user can recognize made changes between the 
releases (and it will prevent questions like "...is OJB dead...I can't 
see much activity..." or if not we can answer "damned! hey blockhead 
have a look at the RN" or something like that ;-))
