[RESULT][VOTE] Airflow Providers - release prepared 2021-03-08

Hello,

Apache Airflow Providers (based on RC2) have been accepted.

* apache.beam
* apache.druid
* microsoft.azure
* snowflake

I'll continue with the release process, and the release announcement will
follow later today.

I'd love some backport provider votes too :). It's just a few weeks more
that we release those - there will be just one "fix" release more for the
old, broken packages and one more release at the beginning of April. That's
it.
